November 8, 200619 yr They are called pouches and can only hold rune or pure essence. They are dropped by any monster in the abyssal rift in the lvl 5 wilderness north of Edgeville.
November 8, 200619 yr A couple items for farming also hold more items, but they only hold vegetables (sacks) and fruits (backets).
November 8, 200619 yr If you mean bags as addons to your inventory (like Guildwars), then they don't actually exist. But like others have mentioned, you can obtain items that let you carry more than 28 items at a time. Such as rune pouches (from abyss), sacks and baskets (for farming products) etc...
