Ultralord
lately i've been getting really nervous, and anxious for no reason, i don't understand why this is happening. sometimes i feel like im forgetting something for school (for example), but i go over everything thats due for the next day and i have everything done. yet i still feel anxious, nervous or stressed out. it seems to come and go, but lately it's been happening more and more often. has anyone experienced this before or does anyone know what might be causing this? http://www.keepingongaming.com/boards -- Sign Up
bloodkilla87
I used to have that to. Is it by chance because you have mean teachers that punish you with detentions etc if you dont finish your work?
Ultralord
no all my teachers would punish me for late assignments by docking 5 marks at the most, which is a really minor punishment. http://www.keepingongaming.com/boards -- Sign Up
ryoushinn
I think you're insecure about something...try taking a deep breath, and tell yourself that whatever comes, comes. And whatever happens, happens. It's not worth stressing over something that you don't know about. Try to be happy. =)
VOV
Sounds like they are just mild anxiety attacks. It happens to the best of us. The biggest cause of anxiety and worry is a negative thought process. You're too worked up and worried about something [your schoolwork in this case] and in your head you're envisioning the worst possible outcome. When you feel this way you just need to give yourself positive reassurance. I would suggest making a list each night containing all the relevant things and in the morning you can check each one off before you head to school. This should boost your confidence. I know the price. I pay it gladly.
lawrencekill
Wake up about 30 minutes before you usually do for school, and start your day. The 30 minutes you have extra after you eat breakfast etc., meditate before school or do some other relaxing activity. T.V is ok as long as it's not violent, and try not to play games. michiel2
Avoid surprises at all costs, and as others said, make sure you know everything that will come. And the best one; when you have the chance; go with vacation. Vacation is very relaxing, since you don't have the problems you have in normal life. Then you can forget your problems for a while.. At least, I think that.
