2. It took almost 2 weeks for my money to be processed, and I live in western Canada (not too far from California where I believe they're located), so I imagine Europe would take a while longer

you see my friends knew my password and they decided to make me a preasent. So they found some hackers IRC channel and asked them for a favor. So they made MY account an illegal member..... I was member 1 month, but i was banned only 2 months after this accident....

I don't believe you can, after the initial 72 hours or whatever it is I don't believe the ban can be repealed. However, if I were you, I'd see this as an opportunity; now that you already know all the best ways to do things, you can make a much better character than you had before, in less time than it took you to make the old one.
