If you want to achive in runescape 2, you must have money. Fact.

 

 

 

This guide is how to make money with a new character.

 

 

 

First of all, you need to collect cowhides.

 

 

 

This is one of the best ways to make money as a noob.

 

 

 

To get there, go out of lumbridge sq. and head up, not crossing the bridge.

 

 

 

take a left when the road ends and keep going until you see this on your

 

 

 

map.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cowhides sell about =100gp, 180

People always pay more for more!

 

 

 

Ex: If you collect only 100 cowhides, people will only probably be

 

 

 

willing to pay about 100-120.

 

 

 

Now if you collect 500+ cowhides people will probably pay about 180+!

 

 

 

Now collect collect collect!

 

 

 

Money will be flying in! Just think 100 cow hides, 100x100=10,000!

 

 

 

You just made your 1st 10k! :XD:

 

 

 

Now for the next activitie your going to need at least 25k

 

 

 

Merchanting

Second, is the wonderful merchanting. This is where the real money and

 

 

 

profit comes in, but also high risks. Don't get worried, the first thing you

 

 

 

are going to be sellin is...willows! Requiring the Woodcutting level of

 

 

 

30, they sell for, 25-35

 

 

 

You can find the most willows sales in the Draynor village bank...

 

 

 

 

 

 

To start off easy, buy 1k(1000) Willows 25 ea, or 25k(25000). Now don't

 

 

 

worry. your money will come back, with profit! Now change to world 1,

 

 

 

and sell your willows for 30-35 ea!

 

 

 

STOP! Don't sell your willows for 35 ea if your going to be just selling less

 

 

 

than 5k willows! No one will want to buy them that over priced! So take it

 

 

 

easy and sell 30 ea.

 

 

 

Now lets see here...

 

 

 

We bought our willows 25 ea... 25x1000=25k

 

 

 

We sold our willows 30 ea... 30x1000=30k

 

 

 

*Gasps* We made 5k profit!!! May seem like alot,

 

 

 

but for a more experienced

 

 

 

player 5k is nothing. Why a PHat(party hat) costs about 200million!!!

 

 

 

now get about 100k...

 

 

 

The basic idea of merchanting is that you buy something

 

 

 

for less and sell it for more. When it comes to more expensive things,

 

 

 

the range can be, buy for 200k sell for 300k!!! That simple! :thumbsup:

This is an old trick used in many "How to make Millions!" guides, but

 

 

 

instead of spending $15.00 on a dumb book about stuff you can find in

 

 

 

the skill guides right here in tip.it, this is the real secret that takes the cake.

 

 

 

It may take a long time to get a 1mil from this process, but it can be better than cowhides if you put your mind to it.

 

 

 

Lets start. Go to world 16 (f2p)

 

 

 

You will need 25 rune ess, by completing "Rune Mysteries Quest", you may have access to the mines, or buy for 20ea..20x25=500gp

 

 

 

now go to falador and withdraw all of your ess, not noted. Get an air tiara, or talasmin.

 

 

 

Go to the air alter and look for someone saying...

 

 

 

Open! 2k and ess back---*name*

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trade them. You will need alot of patience for this, considering there are

 

 

 

many people trying to trade this person.

 

 

 

Give them all your ess, and they will give you 2k and 25 ess, noted.

 

 

 

After you have gotten your ess return to the bank and start over.

 

 

 

Tedious, maybe. No risk, definitly.

 

 

 

Scamming, Watch out!

 

 

 

1.)Always have a price guide out, there are many people that say uncommon things are rare!

 

 

 

2.)Always report people when you see wrongdoers!

 

 

 

3.)Always check the second screen, I lost 3k willows once!!!!! And 30k!

this guide is very good. I will rate this a 8/10, but....

 

 

 

it would be better if you took out the word noob and put in begininers. trust me... and you should expand it a bit more. The maps are sweet, and it looks like you know what you are talking about.

hmm... fair enough, for noob (beginner) players this is a quite nice guide i'd give it a 7.5/10 BUT noob players don't look at forums like this, they don't know about them yet so... expand it for later stages...
