November 12, 200619 yr Are there safespots to kill Elvarg? If so, does he attack with magic on long-distance even with the anti-breath shield?
November 12, 200619 yr There are no safe spots. He switches between fire breath and melee. Trust me, it took me 3 tries to kill him at lvl 38, but I did it, and consider myself somewhat of a pro at killing elvarg :D ~~Let The Dragon ride again, on the winds of time~~I've always felt as if I'm the only person who can understand the concept of sarcasm on the internet.
November 12, 200619 yr Yes, melee + firebreath shield. Mainly because of the melee armour which causes negative magic and range bonus. Not sure if you could make it with Protect from melee prayer tough MY BEST ITEM IS A BRONSE COIN! I KILLED ZEZIMA AND HE DROPED IT!

November 12, 200619 yr I think you can knock down that wall dividing the two halves of the Karamja undergound area, and if you die, you can just come back through Karamja, instead of going to Crandor....I don't know. I've never tried it. Thank the world for spell checkers.

November 12, 200619 yr yeah you can't range him unless you use a crossbow, otherwise you'll get fried You can mage or range him if you have protect from magic and i believe you can hide behind a wall. You have to have high prayer to do this, so using melle is recomened.
November 12, 200619 yr i don't think there are safe-spots, and i would just melee anyways, while wearing the anti-fire shile,d and protect from melee, =), or atleast, that's what i did
