November 16, 200619 yr i think in pvp minigames, and when skulled in the wilderness, prayer shouldn't work vs other players. nothing to complain about from none pkers who collect stuff/train in the wildy, and would stop people who fight for abit, or fight lower levels/people who cant fight back, then asoon as someone their level attacks/ someone fights back they just pray and escape easily. itd probably be an easy update for jagex to put in, and would make the wilderness actually dangerous again, and would make minigames more intresting. (who likes seeing 2 ppl hit 7 7 0 10 15 0 0 0 8 on eachother?)
November 16, 200619 yr Will never happen, prayer was invented for a REASON. People have the right to use it. R.I.P. Shiva and Steve
November 16, 200619 yr Author protection prayers where originally made to make fighting high lvl npcs possible. but when rs2 came out (before you started playing) jagex made them work vs players so people like you could abuse them.
November 16, 200619 yr What about protect from item? What about training on monsters in the wild? This is a ridiculous idea, why disable a perfectly good combat skill in an area almost completely used for combat? Dragon Drops: D spear x 2, D skirt, D half-shield, D axe, D 2hBarrows Rewards: Ahrims hood, Karil's Coif, half key x 6, D med, torags legs, veracs flail
November 16, 200619 yr A "tiny" little misclick could cost you a lot of items, which can be very expensive. (If you were in the Wilderness for a treasure trail or something other than PK-ing, and you see someone coming near you, most people will either fight or run. If you run, you might click on them, and get skulled. Then they attack you, and you can't use protection prayers. And you die.) Why do you think the newest prayers were made for magic and range? So mages and rangers could use them in PvP combat, without getting completely owned by melee-ers using ultimate strength or whatever.
