Not exactly. If the people run and they have food, it's take a lot more than 5 seconds (excluding the Top 50 clans of course) to kill the player. Snare wouldn't make it overpowered at all. Since you need a higher Magic level than most, a lot of pures wouldn't be able to use it. Mostly main account PKing would use it. In P2P, snare isn't used a lot. Ancients is the more preferable thing. If anything, snare is overpowered in P2P as P2P has more higher hitting weapons, potions, strength boosting gear, etc. snare in f2p would be the same as fire blast hitting 25, rune scims hitting 35 (commonly), food healing 15-17, and range hitting 25... barrage/blitz/entangle in p2p is the same as rangers having a max of like 30 and hitting loads, whips hitting like 40 and hitting loads, food healing 20 with potions which heal 16hp per DOSE, and mage hitting up to 30 and hitting decently while also healing hp/freezing, and lets not forget specs which hit high... oh wait thats already there.

You really don't get what i said, do you? There's ways of hacking that players can do nothing about. For example, if a hacker finds a leak in the runescape website he can inject some kind of script in the URL ( i used to know people who hack that way on other games, but do not know much about it myself). sry but jagex arent dumb enough for that to happen to their site

bind on f2p is extremely useful in clan pking/fights, but snare in f2p would be overpowered... mages can bind, rangers can hit from far away, meleers can hit hard, its all fair imo

the tip.it clan chat is full of ignorant noobs anyway, afew days i logged on and said hi and NOONE replied, but just kept on with their convo, then i said it again and got ignored AGAIN, and then later on 1 person replied and i just gave up talking to ignorant noobs.

you cant get banned because someone else spammed something, "you illterate piece of horse crap". unless you logged on from the same ips (aka account sharing???)
