quick agility arena question

i am 41 agility using the brimhaven course. i was wondering if a stat restore potion will help with the damage on agility level taken from tha darts.

Unless I'm mistaken a normal stat restore dose not restore your agility. You need either agility or super stats.

then what is the purpose of stat restore what situations?

There are times in game where your att, str, def, magic get drained. At those times stat restores are useful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think the most common use for it is when you use the dragon axe special, which raise your strength but reduce your attack. So use special, drink stat restore, (then eventually drink attack pot).

A Stat restore potion restores combat-related stats only.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A Super restore potion restores all stats except hp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, either use an Agility potion or a Super restore potion to restore your agility.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or, if you have done the Recipe for Disaster quest, you could use spicy stew that you have added Yellow spice to.

Just as a tip to lose less health, if you keep it really low, you get hit for less when you fail. So stay around 5-9 hp at most times.

Actually keep health below 20 not 9 as damage is 2 for hps 19 and below plus I find it's easy to keep running trough without remembering to eat, so higher hp will help negate
