Although I now hate slayer, I still endorse it as a good way to train combat. Get it up to at least 65, if you havent' already. It opens up quite a few good monsters to train on. Otherwise, for melee, pc, or my personal favourite, dagannoths under lighthouse. For range, powerrange with bronze arrows at caged ogres. Mage, don't fight, alch. Buy some dragon bones and ecto your way to 52 or 60.

I agree with the slayer comment if you care about drops. Otherwise, for your level, my choice would be experiments for fast easy xp.

I was doing slayer. But I got bronze dragons and they pwn me. I kill like one maybe 2 if im lucky per trip. So I wanted to to train so i can finish it.

just burthope the harder assignments till your high enough to do them :)
