I cleaned out all the dust in my comp and wiped it as in re installed xp fromt he start i got all my spyware and anti virus stuff and firefox java etc i need windows installer though link please? and do you know of any stuff i need?

Do you mean the automatic updates from Microsoft?

I'm not sure what service pack your OS was on, but, here's how if it was Service Pack Two:
