In RS im currently working on 3 skills here and there: Fletching (target level 99) Construction (target level 71) and Agility (target level 70) Currently in Real Life Playing in small amounts, because my yearly exams are coming up. Average playing time: 1 hours Bank Dated 17/10/06 Blog Entries 16/11/06 Mmm.. exciting day in real life? Not really. I finally finished all of my exams for the year. Its been a busy time indeed. So now ill have about 3 MONTHS of doing actually difficult. In runescape? Nothing really. I haven't played pretty much since I last posted, except I got 86 cooking and 87 woodcutting. I moved to rimmington for some reason. Im honestly BORED of runescape without membership, which is a good thing because i've been working on quitting, I never quite seem to get away without a woodcutting crave coming back. Mmm.. my father asked me the other day if I wanted runescape membership, I sorta gave no answer and said maybe over christmas. Quitting this game is harder then I thought. I don't know how our good pal n0va is doing it with such ease. I haven't seen him log in on these forums in many weeks, wonder if he has a job now? I established that to get to the top of this game (a very long term goal if its even possible) you have to sacrifice real life things to get it, such as a job or girlfriend etc. Thats not the life for me, I just want to QUIT Speaking of girlfriends, im going out to dinner with mine tomorrow night ;) 27/10/06 lol quick one, training agility to 70, non stop, I swear ill get it this time. Currently about 5k from 65 RL TODAY!! WOW, 3 more exams to go!! Thank god! Onto RS, im thinking about taking it one 99 skill at a time (or 2 if I need too) I know that in F2P im planning of Woodcutting for the rest of it to 99, then firemaking to 99, which should take a month or 2. Ill be back to members in about 6 weeks after it runs out now (6 days left), so I hope to get to 90 woodcut and firemaking, and then possibly attempt either 99 fletching or cooking over the chirstmas time for my first 99 and then work on fishing OR attempt to get 100 combat, not too sure yet. I would have higher skills if I knew how to keep money, but oh well Laterzorz 21/10/06 Mm.. don't have a clue of what im doing in RS anymore. I really want to fletch, but I have no money to buy any materials, or no drive to cut things for them. I seem to be enjoying woodcutting willows though, and getting some good farming experience power farming, although 10k xp in farming today still is pretty slow. I've set myself more up for F2P, although I know that membership will be back before I know it, so I don't know. In F2P im planning on going for 99 firemaking and woodcutting. Probably will fall short on Woodcutting, but firemaking I think I can get in 1 month of F2P if I can get the logs fast. Random picture of the day ^^ I'm planning on attending the farewell shindig that n0va etc. are holding, so that will be a fun time, for now, im just going to try and get some money ANYWAY I can. 15/10/06 So winds day my last day of full day membership. Tomorrow and Tuesday (and for the rest of the week for that matter) I will be studying for my yearly's and school certificate (some big gay exam that we have to do, cramming 13 exams into 3 weeks isn't fun) But as the old saying goes: Real life > Runescape Anyways, I go back to school on Wednesday, which means no late nights (only on Weekends, although I have cricket too) so that means ill waste my last 14 days of membership probably only for around 2 hours a day. Today in RS I got a few levels, 85 fletching (83 I started on, and I was 73 about 15 days ago lol) and 65 construction, I was level 60 about 24 hours ago, so im happy with that experience. Now I dont know what im doing, it's almost 1am and I think im going out to train some agility, hopefly ill get 70 before my membership runs out, HOPEFLY. I don't think ill be getting 85 mining this round of membership, but ill try for next time. Next time ill have almost 3 months straight of membership, so hopefly in that time I will aim to get. 85 Mining 99 Fletching And probably all skills above 70, that will be sweet. Other then that in RS nothing, ill be attending 5pirit's party probably, although waking at 8am isn't fun, expecially if my mum catches me (im supposed to be studying tomorrow) In Real life, I dont know anymore. My friend thats a girl seems different over the past week. Not as talkative, and stuff like that, hope it gets better. My school formal is soon too, so that will be exciting. Anyways, here are some pics from today. EDIT NEW PIC: That's all (as if you've read it all anyways) 13/10/06 I just can't stay on task of the goals that I want to do, so now I just feel like taking it easy and letting runescape take me. It seems that way I don't get bored, and also still get lots of xp. Last night I crafted 2k nats, just to get me some money to start getting xp and profit (fletching ftw). And im eager to get 65 or 70 construction, so im going to work that in with fletching. If I buy 1k yews at 250 each and 1k bs and 170 each, then I can make a 140k profit per 1k yew longs. So I intend to make 2k yew longs, sell them, plank 1k oaks and use them all (30k for payments to butler) and have about 10k profit, but its more the xp that im interested in. Im hoping all of that should take around 3 to 4 hours, and that I should get 65 construction by tomorrow, but after Sunday night, I will have 10 days left of membership, and will have to study for exams 11/10/06 Nothing happening lately. I got bored of mining (which has never happened before). Its funny, everytime I get membership I got through a stage of boredum, mainly because I overkill everything with so much xp and levels gained, and is why I need to release myself from runescape for a few days to come back fighting again. I don't want to get away and waste precious membership days, but it's what I need to do to keep myself interested in the game. It usually happeneds in F2P, but at sometimes, F2P interests me more, because its more of a challenge to level up, other then getting 500k fletching xp in about 3 hours. That's why I like mining, but going out there to get 85 is not going to be possible all at once. So when I get back into runescape (mind you, i've gotten almost 100k range experience today, and am quite close to getting 70 range), ill be getting my mining levels in parts of 1 or 2 levels at a time, and have a break of castlewars (which I LOVE) or construction, or maybe some runecrafting to get some more money. Then go back to mining. Although there is under a week left of school holidays, and about 10 days till my yearly exams, which might mean ill be going back to F2P with a mining level of 84, not 85. Other then that, im on track for getting lots of XP. I've decided to try and get in the top 10,000 overall and staying under 100 combat, just like Jorus sorta. So that will keep me interested in skilling. Im also going to try and get a set of CW 2 armour for my house I changed around my first post around a bit, with different new stuff to read if you want to, but other then that (and my new avatar and siggy) everything is going cool. I've decided its now or never to get the goal that i've been dreaming of for a long time, 85 mining. So after I finish getting 60 construction (58 now), ill be heading out to the granite to get 80, no questions asked. Ill also not be taking out any tele device so that I stay out there. When I get it, ill be going to a F2P world for my friends, and then possibly switching back to World 48 for a small party at my house (if anyone wants to come). But thats all for now 6/10/06 Seems that no one likes to reply to my blog anymore.. I don't mind though :P A LOT happened yesterday. Major xp and skills going on. I racked up over 14 total levels, 400k xp. Its the most combat xp i've ever EVER gotten in a day (according to runemonkey) and I managed to get some skills in there too. Well firstly I started training slayer. I expected it to be boring, but I actually find combat fun now, with slayer involved. It was going slowly, until Saikou let me borrow his whip (THANKS SO MUCH). It sped up training so much, soon I have 71 attack and 70 defense! I kept getting good assignments and good drops too, so that helped. The best thing I got was 2 white mystic hats for balistiks in ONE assignment, and then I got lots of waters from Dagonathos (can't spell it, sorry) which got me to 50 slayer. After that, I managed to rack up 49 farming from the fruit trees I planted, and then 47 herblore from the herbs I got from monster drops in slayer. I then thieved to 60, after that I should go to bed Here are some pictures from today: Thats all for now, ill probably attempt 80 fletching now. I did fletched and high alched 1k yew longs, getting me 74 mage and 77 fletching. So im slowly getting closer to 80. But today was a quest day, I completed many quests, including shilo and a few smaller ones, to get this. Thats all, now im going to consintrate on skills, hopefly getting them all above 60 sometime soon, prayer will be the hardest. So will slayer, although im thinking of getting 70 agility first so that I can access the blue dragon shortcut, and bank some d bones. It would only take about 20 loads to get either enough bones and hides or enough bones to ecto/buy. Other then that :D W000000000000t! 4/10/06 Just a quick entry.. Last night, setting my plan off shedule (man I SUCK HARD at spelling those weird words) I went out into the wild to train agility with Free2range1. BOY WAS IT FUN! Apart from the fact he nearly ddp specd me 3 times when I failed an opstical, and also the fact that I didn't bring an anti poison (running around with cakes and poison with low hp is no fun in 55 wild ;)) it was a really fun time. We also almost (did) get owned by a level 111 and 123, but then a world hop and a noob (we baited him bad) got him down. Some level 85 was training in World 53 where I hopped after the 111 and 123. I said, please don't attack me, I have no food or anti pots left. ROFL!!!1!1!one I logged when he attacked, getting him skulled, and Free finished it off, w00000000000000000000000t DDS PL0xX NEB!!1111 Anyways, it was fun. But then he had to die with the dds at the mage arena.. IT's ME!! Man.. 4 days from the computer feels so weird, im so slow at typing now, but I think ill catch up. Well after that nice little break from life (runescape.. lol jokes, but seriously) I never reliased how bored going down there could be. We have a holiday house, but the problem is is we have no phone, no reception for mobile phones, no cable TV, no internet, and I forgot to take my playstation down Watching public TV with crappy reception is NO fun! By all meanings of the word, so I was happy to get home. While I was down there though, I was thinking about 3 things nearly everyday: My girlfriend (yes, a REAL LIFE ONE) Friends Runescape Runescape heheheeh can't get away from it. So im going to update my goals list, so that it will keep me on track, and also figure out an order to getting my goals in the time that I have left with membership (26 days) So here it goes. This membership I hope to achieve (in this order) - Runecraft nats for my fletching products - 80 Fletching - High Alch the products from fletching (about 4k -5k yew logs) - Buy abby whip - 50/60 Slayer - 50/60 Farming - 50/60 Herblore - 60 Construction - 85 Mining - 70 Agility - 60 Prayer - 70 Theiving - Combat work In that order. The reason I have 50/60 on those skills, is that im not sure how much money/time I will have to get those levels, although I will be aiming for 60, I just dont have the supplies to do it at the moment. I thought that I might as well post a blog about something other the flaming mail towards Jagex, and I hadn't done an RS blog in a long time. What im doing now, is mining essence so I can craft nats, to high alch the yew longs ive made today. While mining, I noticed n0valyfe (good old buddy) fletching away as normal with his cat. First time I ran into him in RS before, but I didn't even notice he was there until a few loads later when some people were crowding around saying stuff.. Amazing how one little character can draw attention. Anyways.. I was just about to tele away to fix my pouches when he said hello to me, and then about in 2 seconds, 3 of the people in the bank PMed me saying 'OMg wtfzorz! he tlk3d to j00!11' All I could do was look back in amazement. Anyways, moving back on to me (as it is about me) The plan is to get 800k for some combat stuff, then train some slayer. After getting 60ish slayer (or 60 farming) ill be fletching again to get a whip. Ill then train combat again, or go crazy with mining and agility. MONEY MONEY MONEY is on my mind. 24/9/06 Ok, i've had enough of this. I think of lost my money on this one. If only I could post on the forums or actually be able to contact one of them ingame. So, despite the time and money loss (and holiday fun, now I have to deal with another 3 months of F2P without membership) I've decided to cut my loses (keep hoping that they will do something about it, I might send another query) and move on, back to skilling. Ranging is the next thing on the cards. Ive let it pass by for a long time now on the same level (in the low 60s) and thought that the black D hide will help when im runecrafting/slaying, so 70 ranging is my new goal, ill crack into that when I finish this damn homework. Only problem is is I don't have any money or arrows etc. so im going to have to sell my yews to buy some arrows (which are very overpriced in both World 1 and the forums) So that's what ill be doing in the next few weeks. If I get 50k xp a day, I should have it done by next Sunday. And considering that I prefer Counter Strike now over runescape ([bleep]ex has lost my trust) then thats a good goal to get done, as i've let it slide for too long. I might even get a combat level from the HP xp I get from it. That's all for now, back to my woodwork assignment. 13/9/06 lol I never thought that id get almost 700k woodcutting xp this week. But its made preparing for members and getting fletching xp (and a whip) that much easier. I think that it's set in stone about getting membership. Me hopes anyways. Ive got around 3700 yews (mostly all cut) which will get me over 2.3mil for a whip and rune armour etc. I got this just then too, 83 woodcutting (picture wouldn't upload) In real life (there's a real life?) I learnt that there is NO RESPAWN IN REAL LIFE!! That was upsetting news as I was about to jump into a tank of caramel fudge? WORK EXPERIENCE WOO! I love it so much. Im doing it at a radio station and I got a 2 hour show today. Its a hella lot better then school, although I miss my 'girly' friend. When I lost membership I was 72 fishing, look how far ive come. 5/9/06 Yes everyone, its that time again! ANOTHER UPDATE.. thought I was going to say 80 fishing? Keep dreaming. My 80 fishing progress was halted, after my mother made a proposal that I COULD NOT REFUSE. Earlier on Sunday I made a point of noting that the school holidays was coming up (only short ones, for about 3 weeks this time). I asked her about runescape membership, as the previous holidays were filled with RS joy. Anyways, I asked, she said IF! IFF!!! If I complete all of my assignments due, AND catch up on all maths homework (im about 4 topics behind the class.. lol) then I could get it. Thinking of the oppurtunity to grasp 85 fletching and the sweet, mind boggling drool that would fall onto my keyboard, and the amount of GP I could get in that month, I set off studying. I worked hard into that Sunday night, completing 3 topics of work without stopping (except for dinner) The problem that occured was that I was going back to school on Monday, and that I would be bombared with work, because next week, our school is holding a work experience thing for our grade (year 10) This means that for 1 week of school, instead of going to school, we must go to a work place to help them (im going to a radio station :D) Anyways, I got stacks of maths homework that night, and finished it! AND IM UP TO DATE!! All that needs to be finished is DnT (which will be a while, but easy) and I should have RS membership for a MONTH!! in a few WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!! Im so excited about it, and I really cant wait. Amazing how far an incentive can go ehh? Anyways, if all goes well. I might have it in a few weeks, as holidays arent far away. That should give me enough to buy the cowhides for 70/71 crafting, which I really want to get. The problem with this is is that if I do this, I will have not much left over money, which I really want/need to have to keep skilling. So.. I think I may buy say.. 2k hides? And then make 240k back (smithing or whatever) and do it like that. Mainly because I was on holidays.. well so called holidays on the weekend, which was cut short. Anyways.. im sick of random events (ie THE ENT, THAT ALWAYS WREAKS MY AXE) that I decided just to get 79 woodcutting, and then train some combat (mainly 70 defense and hitpoints) while playing counter strike. Basically all ive updated on the blog is the fresh new stats pic. I also added my stat counter in my sig (although I dont really like them very much, makes the page load slower) and thats about it. 11/8/06 Well well well.. look what I finally got today.. Anyway im happy with that. 2 levels in 2 days. Now all I need is 70 strength and 70 defense.. (cant wait to finish it, I hate combat..) and then maybe a bit of range. After that ill be doing something to get 2.5mil for when I go back to members.. Thats all for now though, im about 30k from 70 hitpoints and 3k from 53 prayer, that will be nice too 13/8/06 Oh man.. where do I start. Well first of all, im really sick irl, so that has made my weekend sucky, although I did get lots of things done.. well sorta. I was planning on getting 80 fishing this weekend, but I had stacks of raw trout and salmon that I wanted to cook, so I thought I would. As I was cooking them, I saw someone selling 1.5k raw lobs for 150 each, so I thought I would buy them.. 6 hours later in that night, I had this :D Anyways.. thats really it. Im still cooking lobs. After cooking all the salmon and trout and lobbies, I went to world 1 to sell them. Then I had 800k in my bank, and I had an urge to buy 5k raw lobbies.. and I did that. Now this will get me to close to 85. Ill stop at 85 I think (boy its been a long run) Yeah thats right And this!! Im out for now[/color]
