November 18, 200619 yr I don't think so... Since there isn't much need for vials in F2P, I don't think there be need for a respawn in a free world. If you want them, I suppose you could get alot of limproot and red eggs, bring it to the aprothecy in varrock with 5 gp, and he will give you a strength potion.
