November 19, 200619 yr there is no good world as good players always switch to get away from low level/noob players. Your best best is to get combat level up and join a clan like mine. Affliction has 90+cbt requirement. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !
November 19, 200619 yr Ya, all the good PC groups tend to shift worlds once the world they're in is flooded with lower levels, and pures. Your best bet is to train combat, like Malhavok said, and join a PC group like Affliction, Heart Unit, Heart Returns, etc. Of if you can find one, try using IRC and finding a PC channel, who used leaked worlds from PC groups. I've heard the official RS forum can be used as well to find the worlds.
