Help with Magic leveling (f2p)

Hey I'm level 53 Magic and trying to get to 55 so i can use high alch on my steel bodies. I have all the runes necessary to get there with curse but i can't find a place (f2p) with lots of guys that i can attack.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you know a place or do you know how to get there faster without spending too much money?

Kill hobs near the crafting guild from the other side of the river for fast exp, or use crumble undead and fire strike on Ankous in the stronghold or the zombies at varrock sewers

Curse? I dunno try something with a mage defense like wizzys at wizard tower. You dont need cover cuz they are ranged attack. Personally, i think u shud do earth strike or fire on white knights. They are easy to hit, and give good exp.

If you fail curse (in full metal) then you don't switch targets as often.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Provoking wizards with curse is NOT a good idea, they will fight back.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The caged Zammy Wizard at varrock shales off a curse very quickly, but there is only one and it's single combat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ducks are quite good curse targets, as they can't retaliate, but as the ones that are cursed collect along with the ones that were missed on, picking out fresh ones is difficult. Some areas have a natural break that divides them into two groups.

Well, you only need 1 monster if you do it right.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Namely, you want to fail everytime that you cast.

 

 

 

If you wear full armor of any metal then you can get your magic attack stat to -65.

 

 

 

That's enough to always fail Curse when casting.

 

 

 

You will always get the full 29 mage exp when casting it.

 

 

 

You could wear full helm, chest plate, legs, kite shield, green vambraces, stronghold boots, and an Earth staff.

 

 

 

Any metal from Bronze to Rune will work equally well.

Try casting from the key room in the Varrock sewers across the water into the 4 zombie ladder room.

 

 

 

It's multi-combat so you will almost always have a target available.

 

 

 

No monsters spawn there and the zombies can't reach you there.

 

 

 

It's a very safe spot.
