November 23, 200619 yr make it so the magic attack it gives is crap and you have to complete lets say, ME p2 for it. (and you need to wear the whole set for inf runes, and the cape doesn't have an effect.)

November 23, 200619 yr It needs to cost more than 300k. Also the cape should not look like the legends cape. Other than that good idea.
