i used milkshape, like with my other model. basicly it was made triangle by triangle in a giant dot to dot in a 3d world encapsulated in a 2d screen.

i like to make things sound more confusing than they are =)

Seriously, I'm not wuite sure what that handle on the blade is supposed to be. I'd have to say that the biggest problem is that your blades don't really look sharp. I think a way to fix this would be to make seperat polygons for the blade edge and for the rest of the sword.

i agree wid homer

make the blades sharper

and dont have em floating around the world

put them on a table or floor or something like that

and also make the blade more reflective.

i dont know how to do that in milkshape coz i never managed to get working with it

but i think it must do with messing around with the material attributes or something

personaly i thought it looked more like an arrow quiver, a flat one o0

ill try what you suggested about the blade in the future, im not the kind of guy who goes and changes things once ive done something, especialy if its fairly major, i may as well make a new model =P more the merrier =)

i can make the blade more reflective, or more shiney anyway. ill do that and update the first post. the reason they are floating is because theres nothing obstructing your view of it. last night i was, however, thinking of making a small wooden plaque or something similar, so i may have a go at that and place it in the first post, it shouldnt take too long... hopefuly...

also dont give up on ilkshape, have a look at tutorials, at first i didnt have a clue, ok i admit i didnt use many tuts mainly just explored, but thats my nature. as i said just look around theres alot of cleaver people out there and much information to be found. one tutorial i found useful can be found here even if you dont want to make guns theres still alot of useful information there on how to use it.
