ok can some1 show me where the colourpicker tool is? (the one that you click on a colour and the colour goes into the foreground colour)

right click the color u wanna pick up

 

 

 

as simple as that

 

 

 

and ctrl + right click a color to make it the background color

 

 

 

and if u press the "X" where it shows the foregound and background colors ( in the color selection panel ), it will swap the foreground and background colors
