What happens when quests don't go right??

Hello all. This is my first post (awww) and I'm pretty desperate for some help. Myself and my partner are stuck on three different quests and we do all quests together. Quest 1 - Shadow of a Storm. There's a part in the quest where you have to go outside of the temple and find the magic book (fogive me for being vague but it was a while ago now and the name's slipped my mind!). I was able to find the book in one of the kilns, however, my partner was unable to find the book. We searched everywhere--believe me! Any ideas? Quest 2 - Zogre Flesh Eaters. When trying to kill the lvl 111 (Slash Bash) he told us to come back when we were worthy or something and he didn't die, therefore not dropping the artifact. Very frustrating. Quest 3 - Wanted! Now this has been driving me crazy for some time. Something must have gone wrong for me when we were in the Black Knight's Fortress in Taverley Dungeon. I don't think that I got all of the information out of Lord Daquarisu because he should have given me a clue to look in Canafis. We both walked to Canafis and my partner's orb flashed up a message saying so-and-so was probably around there somewhere while I never recieved any such message. We've retraced our steps on all of these quests from the beginning but to no avail. Sorry for being so long-winded and I hope someone can offer some insight. Many thanks!

Just read tip.it's quest guides and they will tell you everything.

Shadow of a Storm: The book will be in a random kiln, so it won't necessarily be in the same one for you as it will be for him.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zogre Flesh Eaters: Not sure. You guys have all the required skills? Or possibly just missed a step.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wanted!: The item and location will be random so yours won't be necessarily in Canafis.

Thanks for responding. That's the thing you see...we both use RuneHQ and Tip.It religiously and have followed all of the guides but nothing's come of it. We're both just eager to get on with it all as we need to have completed these quests to move on to bigger and better things. :roll:

The guides are very helpful but just watch out for the parts that are random and different for each player if you're going to be doing Quests with friends.

Thanks icecube...forgot that we may have different tasks, so to speak, for Wanted! As for Zogre Flesh Eaters, Slash Bash did die but he just didn't drop an artifact. Hmm....and for Shadows...we looked in all the kilns...nothing.

Ah for Zorge Flesh Eaters you need a composite bow or even a regular orge bow thing. Hope that makes sense, and you need some brutal arrows to make it even faster, and another sure way is a ranging pot.

It's not required to kill him with one. I just meleed him with a whip and dds.

 

 

 

Unless you mean you just have to have one made then.. oh! :XD:
