I don't think it's new though because JaGEx only released 2 new ones with the Hunter update.

I am less concerned about how long it has existed (although it has NOT been there long, and it is not on any fairy code map), than I am about the code to use it with

I know that the age is not of particular concern to you, but what I meant from my post is that since it's not new it would be on the Fairy Ring Map. If it's not, maybe there is no code to it or something.
