I heard a rumor that the Eagle Cape, when operated, lets you fly. I think that it's just a noobish rumor, but I want to be sure.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, does the Lucky Rabbit Amulet need to be enchanted to work?

The eagle cape CANNOT make you fly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can, however, use the three eagles in the cave to fly to the desert, snow and the woods hunting grounds. Basically, what you heard is not true.
