December 7, 200619 yr eh this is just some suggestion i had and thought it might catch on. I think that there should be a cape of champions or what not. Ya its kinda a stupid name but nothing comes to mind. Neway this cape will only be rewarded to those who have 99 in all skills. This amazing cape will raise each skill by one lvl just like regular capes of achievment. It will also offer + 100 to all attack and defense bonuses, and +50 strength and +25 prayer. ya those stats are amazing but when you think about it, you have to be playing for pretty much 2+ years unless you have no life. its just a thought anyway lost rights to my dark red text >:( 12/20/06 - QUEST CAPE OF ACHIEVEMENTBarrows sets: guthan, verac, dharok, maybe ahrim eventually <- lost to a hacker whole stole everything of worth from my bank
December 7, 200619 yr This has been suggested plenty of times before, and the bonusus from this "cape" is way overpowered, and will raise max hits to 130+. There will be much more complaining from this idea then enjoying it, I would improve the idea before I got flamed, if I were you. December 7, 200619 yr Well if I could do 130 max hit on players I think I would get bored and quit... but at any rate I like the idea heer... so every skill to 99? and I take it when a new skill comes out they will have to wait untill they have masterd it as well? January 3, 200719 yr this sounds like a pretty good idea, but pking in high levels of the wild would be to stressful seeing people with capes that look like the 'champions cape' and than the person who sees it would freak out and log out or whatever people do when they freak out in the wild... but yeah, agreeing with everybody, i would have to say this cape is WAY TO OVER POWERED, level 126's staking livel 120's saying they dont have the cape, putting it on, and 1 hitting people who are in the triple digitted combat levels with a great axe, its a nice idea, but just would never happen due to, well 1 hitting people of any combat level pretty much...
