It's not the same combination as in the quest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

* For special (members) Spicy Stew you need to complete the "Evil Dave : Evil stew" part of the Recipe For Disaster quest. You first need a normal stew, then you can add spices to it. Various combinations will boost some of your stats. The boosts are random, but Jagex has announced that there is a correlation between colours and affected skills (listed below, with a roughly descriptive label devised for each group). You can only use up to 3 doses of any one colour, but you can use as many colours as you like. The stat effect will be plus or minus two times the number of spice doses used. If you add 2 red and 3 brown (a total of 5 doses), the stat effect may be anywhere from -4 to +4 in a red skill, and/or -6 to +6 in a brown skill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

* red (combat): Attack, Defence, Ranged, Strength, and Magic

 

 

 

* orange (processing): Construction, Cooking, Crafting, Fletching, Runecrafting, and Smithing

 

 

 

* yellow (self-improvement): Agility, Prayer, Slayer and Thieving

 

 

 

* brown (gathering): Farming, Fishing, Firemaking, Herblore, Mining and Woodcutting

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Basically, add 3 brown spices to a stew and drink it. Then if it lowers your herblore, wait for it to go back up and try it again. I did it for Fairytales part 2, and added 5 levels as well.

Are the mixtures the same for everyone, I would guess no. And if I figure out one that I want, will it always be the same?

Ya, the # of spices are always the same for the stat boosting spicy stews.

would the crafting recipie raise 6 crafting too??

Meaning if I find the mixture for raising mining +6 or whatever, could I always use that same mix.

Let's say you add 1 brown spice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All the following stats will recieve a random boost of any number from -2 to +2.

 

 

 

[Farming, Fishing, Firemaking, Herblore, Mining and Woodcutting]

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you add 2 brown spices, it can go from -4 to +4, and 3 spices, -6 to +6.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you add other color spices, you'll just affect more skills of the other categories.
