Its quite nice, If I could choose Id say that one is better then

The only downpart is the arm with the shield, the arm could be

 

 

 

shorter and you could add a fist, as a hand (just 3-4 stripes)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Its simple, but effective.

- Fix the shield hand

 

 

 

- Shield looks bit odd?

 

 

 

- add some shading to the sun, ground and sky (guys shading is perfect for cartoon)

 

 

 

- Edit text (Bad font)

 

 

 

- Edit border (Too big, try 1 px)

 

 

 

- and maybe if you can make the black lines little smaller

anatomy is off, some changes i would have made would be as follows:

 

 

 

make the arms longer

 

 

 

make the body longer

 

 

 

make the head more head shaped

 

 

 

make the sword hilt end thicker

 

 

 

make the shoulder [bleep]es thicker and shorter

 

 

 

make the sun rays comming from the center of the sun (still have the full sun, but the rays, if you follow on, will meet at the middle)

 

 

 

make the sheild [bleep]es on the other side of the sheild

 

 

 

give the sheild a hand grasp

 

 

 

add a cloak :

ok thanks guys problem is my sis flattened layers on ps so I think Ill start a fresh next cartoon sig. I have an Idea on a guy pulling Excalibur (king Arthurs Sword) out of the stone.He will be wearing full rune. and he will be in a dungeon. After I cartoon it I will also pixel and see which is better
