the only thing is, the text/quote... its kinda hard 2 read on the reflection from the sun on the water

thats semi-sorta the point, but not to the effect I have it now I suppose, ill spruce it up a tad

The colors are very faded. Look at Nadril's sig, contrast is a beautiful thing, and yours is somewhat lacking it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pure colors are always nicer to look at, and if you feel you absolutely must have a 'mist' effect, brush it on with a low opacity soft brush yourself. You'll feel more proud that way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So in short: You need contrast. ;)

lol it seems i always put too much on mine, its hard to find a good ballance :oops: :shock:

I appreciate the suggestions, unfortunatley none can help with this image, its supposed to be relatively colorless which I go, to me its relatively perfect for what i was going for, then again, you guys dont know what I was going for so I cant blame that on you :wink:
