December 13, 200619 yr Well since it's already pretty annoying i thought i might ask if anybody has any clue what i do about this: Clicking the left mouse button often results in unintentional double clicks (wich is pretty annoying for doing anything). I can only circumvent that by doing a very controlled click, with the right amount of pressure, pressing the button not too short and not too long. I thought it to be my mouse (wich was a cheap MS optical) and bought a new one (now an even cheaper ednet optical), but i still have the exact same problem. I even reinstalled windows in between for some reason, yet this problem remains. Odd isn't it?
December 13, 200619 yr go on start -> control panel -> mouse then change the double click speed. That should help. December 14, 200619 yr Are they cordless? - Mine tends to do that id the batteries are weak, or making poor contact.
December 22, 200619 yr Author Thanks for the replys and sorry for the late response. Sometimes the mouse seems to be better, but actually there hasn't chanced anything. In the mouse settings, where you can adjust the doubleclick speed, this folder will open with one click (unless i try the mentioned comtrolled click), regardless of the speed setting. :( and no, my mouse has a cord, so that's not the issue. So i still have no clue what i could do.
December 24, 200619 yr I suggest buying a better mouse then set the speed and all that. Dont be cheap :P and same thing happen with me i bought a better mouse and its fine now. If it doenst work just take the mouse back. :P Pyromancer, next time you touch my signature, dont take everything about buddy. This is Zoidnerd, im banned on rs for 2 moar dais so smd kai?
