December 13, 200619 yr For changing top and bottom, go to the Varrock Clothes Shop and speak to the lady. It's 500 to change top, or bottom. For gender/skin tone changing, you'll need to go to the Make-Over Mage southwest of Falador, north of the crafting guild. It'll cost 3k gold there. For changing hair (facial too) styles, go to the barber shop in Falador, which is located north of the west bank. It costs 1k to change hair, or facial hair (free coloring when you change). And if you have a house, you can change most of your aspects for free in your wardrobe.
