I decided to do a level 2 gotten off a guard. It says"search the drawers in a house located in a town attacked by trolls." I assumed it meant burthope. There's only 2 drawers there, 1 is empty, and the other one is locked. Help!

It's probably a rewording of this old clue "**Go the the village being attacked by trolls, search the drawers in one of the houses" which is answered in the Riddles section of tip.it's Treasure Trails Guide.

Ugh, stupid level 2 clue has me confused again..... not as badly though. One question: were do you get purple gloves?

You can purchase purple gloves from a store in Canifis for 200 gp, I believe.
