Problem is I cant wear green dhide chaps yet cause of ranging. Help? Solution? Anything?

There isn't much you can do. You can save the clue and raise your ranging to where you can wear the chaps or drop the clue and try to get another. :(

Then the only possible solution for you is to train range so you can wear it.

40 ranged isnt hard to get mate :D

Jagex's hate for pures doing clues. Yep only way is to train range, um some spots are on Crandor and killing mossies. Good luck...
