You will need barb-tailed harpoon which you get from barb-tailed kebbit.

Try catching the polar kebbits until level 15. Catch the red butterflies until you can catch green lizards. After that, just keep catching the highest lizard/salamander you can. You'll get to 99 either through red chinchompas or red salamanders, don't bother with black salamanders.

noose polar keeits till 15. Catch butterflies+Copper longtails till 28 i think, catch salameder, and 33 is barb tailed kebbit squishy near the red birds area.
