Besides, to be able to use the special of the said barrows armor, you need to be using the great axe or flail with the armor.

yea i know i will have whip aswell on me but im not sure should i buy dh or veracs cause dh i can hit 51 at 1hp with veracs i can only hit 23 normal :?

it all depends on what you want to do.

Only use Veracs w/ flail.

If you're going to use a whip as your main weapon, either use full Guthan (free healing) or full Torag (best barrows defence). Veracs is only really useful when using the full set, and moreso against strong monsters, for normal training, whip is much better.
