warri0r45
just thought i'd bring this topic back up again and say how great it was seeing Warnie and the Aussies win at the MCG. Great sendoff for Shane Warne.
____
Yea, and it's gonna be even bigger at the SCG - especially if they win it 5-0.
Beamo26
Shane Warne is the greatest bowler of all time, period. When Murali overtakes him, even if Murali gets to 1000, it will not be as recognised as Warnes achievements simply because of the fact that Sri Lanka play teams such as Bangladesh and Kenya more times in a cricket season than Australia, Shane, in my opinion, has worked much harder to get where he is by taking wickets against quality teams, that said, I'm not trying to take anything away from Murali, he is also an extremely good spinner, just not as good as Warne : Check out my blog here! Thanks Jopie211 for the sig
____
Kenya is a joke; all wickets taken against them should be null in "international" and "test" records. Bangladesh used to be decent, once upon a time.
bob2001
Im not much of a cricket fan, but i would love nothing more than to see england 'owned' 5-0. However he is not a HERO! A HERO is someone who does something like drag a family from a burning building. In my mind no sports man can ever be a hero. the can be admired for their comitment and dedication but what exactly qualifies them as a hero?
