deloriagod
Ok so I'm just looking for C/C on this. No rating it please, it's not finished. I've only put ~2 hours into it and something just seems wrong with it. I've redone parts again and again but something is horrible wrong and I can't seem to pick it out. So, help needed here! The drawing: Reference picture: Ack.. Sorry the drawing is poor quality. I had to take a picture of it rather than scan it in (my scanner sucks) and the drawing is still light since I don't like to have a lot of contrast till I'm finishing the picture. Nazgul740
One thing you could do right off the bat is to shade above the cheaks (gosh can't spell tonight!) At the side of the nose and also the eyelids... You need to make the eyes look more closed in your drawing otherwise your character comes out looking asian... Teeth need a bit of work... I myself haven't attempted drawing teeth yet as I am still trying to get gums to look good... Hope i helped a bit :? New sigzor^^

There's a little bit of shading near the eyes but not enough to be able to tell in that pic. I'll make it darker when I feel it's time to finish. And teeth are just a total pain in the a* for me. I have so much trouble with something so simple :wall: Internet Marketing For Newbies
Despaxes
Shading This is a must, her face just seems to be one big blob in your picture making her seem over weight. It also brings in a natural facial structure look to it. Neck Her neck seems too large in the drawing, i think you drew too much of it. Look in the picture, most of it is covered up, do the same in your picture. Eyes They look very asian currently and not squinted. I think its because she seems to have no upper eyelids. Nose The perspective ion your drawing makes it look way crooked, rotate it to the right a little more (so it faces more toward the chin). Mouth You drew it too high up, she now has a megachin haha. Aslo, you drew the smile too wide. Also with teeth, VERY faint lines must be used, and make sure to make them seem somewhat curved. (barely, and only if you know what im talking about.) Her lips also seem...off. I would suggest to keep trying on the, as currently their is no real shape to them, the shape they have is wavering and not really like in the picture. P.S sorry if i sounded harsh/rude, those werent my intentions. thanks everyone for the sigs!
deloriagod
Thanks Desp. And no, you weren't harsh at all. I need all the c/c I can get seeing as how I'm really getting interested in drawing realism : Internet Marketing For Newbies
Fortress2000
Well, for my CC, I would say that the mouth and lips look a little too big. Also, the eyes seem to be staring somewhere off to the right, instead of at the viewer. Hope I was helpful. Writing in colour was fun while it lasted...The Tip.It. Furry! :D
