Its talking about Varrock. I found the chest in the northern church in Varrock. Its locked. I need a key. Tipit says to kill a monk in the monastery southeast of the locked chest. There is no clue given as to where to obtain the key in the actual Treasure Trial. I'm sure Tipit would say it was in Lumby if it was. Besides, I was just there.
