Hi. I'm combat 89 and thought I'd try Barrows out. :) And I wondered..is this outfit good enough?

I'd leave then rune armour at home unless you are taking a lot of melee damage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also used dragonhide top and bottom instead of mystic top and bottom. Magic dart shouldn't be affected much by that and it gives better defense for those stupid skeletons that like to stab me in the tunnels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also you might want to bring 1 sup restore. Karil likes to drain your agility and if you don't watch it you'll be down to 10-20 after some runs. Makes for more walking. Me no like walking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Turn off accept aid. There are still noobs hanging around down there.

Thx for the advices. But does the Magic Dart really hit much with +1 mage offence? 'cause that's what I get if I wear d hide body+legs instead of mystic.

I constantly hit 10+ with a +1 mage bonus. The Barrow brothers have a mage level of 1 and they have a -50 magic penalty. You'll be fine.

There is no need to take mystic, just wear rune when maging and d'hide when ranging, verac will hit through prayer and u can do guthan and torag without pray wearing rune...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The brothers except the arhim have terrible mage defence, so u should have no problem maging them...
