Is there a way to fid out which monsters drop rune?

Most high-level monster, such as Fire Giants, KBD, KQ, Lesser/Greater, list goes on.

I tried the beastiary guide but I don't know how to limit the search to drops.

you have to search for something specific, like rune med, or rune scimitar.

Enter what ever you want, into the search bar and click search. Make sure you add something other than just rune. IF you just type that than you also bring up all the monster that drop runes.
