why were some of them removed? sorry if i put this in the wrong place

They were removed because they were causing bugs. In the case of tangle weed, players panicked and go killed waaaaaaaaaaay too often.

and about the watchman, i've heard that just recently got removed

The watchman random event is still around as far I know, but the Dr.Ford one was removed.

Why was Dr. Ford removed then? I see nothing wrong with him.......

I have no idea, the times I encountered him nothing seemed to happen that was out of the ordinary but I guess other people found bugs that occurred with him.
