December 26, 200619 yr It really depends on how fast you want it to go. You can use the butlers and sink a large amount of cash but also level construction very fast. Since you want 75 construction as a level in itself, there is no shortcuts to that. IE drinking tea for the gilded altar. Help drive change Canada
