January 21, 200719 yr good guide, but for better xp (lvl 90-100) go to giant spiders, 3rd level down, then just go in and youll see them. 40-45k xp an hour for high lvls. they dont drop anything, but if you want to train fast, this is the way to go use lobsters by the way :D

January 23, 200719 yr I got to 89 to 90 combat with ease :) Now the real question is, can i get to 100 combat?

January 24, 200719 yr how about suggesting to bring a chisel? I got like 6 or more gems (uncut) ea invent and if I get a chisel (which i now have) i could have just cut them for crafting xp and drop them. i didnt want to drop them uncut as i love crafting. January 24, 200719 yr I've been training in that exact room for a few months now, and I'll vouch for the great XP. And when you're a member, Flesh Crawlers drop 42 fire runes very often. In about a month of training I've gathered about 14k fire runes and a ton of natures as well. And good guide - 9/10. : D

January 25, 200719 yr nice guide... yeh i agree the only downside is the time trial section apart from that top guide
February 7, 200719 yr i agree it is a good place to train and they do drop alot of fire runes and you might want to add that they drop alot of herbs if you are members and they might drop herbs and runes at same time
