Great article, in my opinion. Runescape is something to do when you have free time, not something to devote your life to. It's something to be enjoyed too, not just slaved away at for that next skill level. :wink:

I'd do the same, probably.

Favourites: Washington, Lincoln, Kennedy. They were all great uniters of their time, and all faced some of the most difficult challenges our country has ever faced with wisdom and eloquence. Least favourites: George W. Bush (junior) and John Adams. I'm guessing most people know why Bush is in there. :wink: Adams passed the infamous Alien and Sedition acts, essentially curtailing the civil liberties of free speech. Not a good way to score points in a democracy.

Heh... I remember the classes. I chose "adventurer"... What can I say? I was only 9 at the time and I thought it sounded cool. :P I still remember the bronze axe that I got, which I recall using as my weapon of choice for far, far too long.

Of course they should be banned. No one is above the rules - if anything, high level players should be banned even faster than lower level players. It'll sting a lot more to lose a 126 than a 50.

No, I don't regret playing it. As far as life priorities go, this is probably close to dead last on the list. I have been playing it for 6 years... but clearly I've been playing less intensely than most of the other people on this thread. :? If anything I'm very happy I played Runescape. I've met a lot of people through 6+ years and I would never want to undo the experiences. Moderation ftw.

A little over six years now ( six years and four months), but not all on this character. I've only played about a year on Kewl Sabre now.

Hey, a Runescape newspaper. Someone else made a thread about this a while ago, but it must have died. I'm glad someone else decided to take up the challenge. :) Good luck with the paper. I suppose doing both, doing it biweekly or getting some guest articles are out of the question... :? If it did go monthly, something to read would be great. I wouldn't mind reading letters to the editor, as long as they were intelligent enough and long enough to differentiate themselves from regular forum posts (as we do already have a "Debate" forum).

I'm a proud New Jersey Devils fan. :twisted: We're not playing great against Ottawa, but we're still in it. I agree with you about the Sabre jersey's too... The old school blue ones are the only ones I like. Not that even they could help you win the cup. :P Martin Brodeur for Hart and Vezina. \
