Mossies to 60 then lessers.

The level 27 Minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security. A wall right in the middle of the place to hide behind, arrows are retrievable, and they drop plenty of iron arrows. You'll more than make up for the arrows used.

Minorators have the same hp as guards aka not enough

They may have the same HP as guards, but that's not the only thing that counts. You will get more hits in at Minotaurs because it is a lot less crowded, and there's simply a huge number of them there. And a safespot.. can't go wrong with that, can you?

My combat lvl is 41 and Minotaurs(lvl 27) are aggressive so safe spot behind mid wall will not work.

Well, then bring enough food to stay safe until their aggressiveness wears off, and you'll be fine.

they arent lvl 27 they are 12 and 10 HP
