How much does it cost to get from 15- 60 construction? And i mean actually building a house not just building on the same thing over and over.

Well to get from 15 to 60 there would have to be a lot of repetition (oak planks for example).

Well you can mine clay in the crafting guild and make fireplaces if your house is in rimmington. This method is slow but completely free.
