December 28, 200619 yr It's a lyre from Fremmy Trials quest. Made from wood from a 'rare' tree, strung with golden string and enchanted with a shark (or bass with Ring of Charos).

December 28, 200619 yr You need to enchant it first. Either get a shark, sea turtle, or manta ray. If you have a ring of charos, you can charm the ghost to allow you to use bass. The higher level the food is, the more teleports you can use before you have to recharge it. Take one of the above fish to the spirit you encountered during the quest and enchant it.
