You paste the screen capture into MSPaint (and please crop it to a managable size), save the pic to your computer as a *.gif, upload it to an imagehosting website like imageshack.us, and link to the hosted picture. There are detailed instructions somewhere in the forums. Do a search for "imageshack.us", and you should get more details.
