Yes, all RSC characters were transfered.

Green dragon hides sells for 1.5k gp minimun these days so it will be very hard to make a profit from it. But buy them for 1.5k gp each and high alch them with your own crafted nats is probably the cheapest way. If you can't find someone that sells hides for less then 1.5k gp each that is. :)
