i know that u do alt-printscreen to get ur image to word. well then if u do that how u get it here

You paste the screen capture into MSPaint (and please crop it to a managable size), save the pic to your computer as a *.gif, upload it to an imagehosting website like imageshack.us, and link to the hosted picture.

If you have a google account, get google page maker thing and it's easier to upload to there :D (this is imo) Sometimes Photobucket and imageshak get on my nerves #-o
