you all know him as the famous rope maker in Draynor.. lol.. i wish i could get directly in contact with RuneScape staff because i am having ALOT of problems with this quest.. with Ned.. i can NOT get up the option to see what else he can make.. or ask him what else he can do.. all i get is rope talk from him and ive done everything.. ive gotten the wool and spun it to yarn.. and went that route.. and ive even BOUGHT rope from him.. i cannot get off the subject of rope and asking him about wigs. what am i doing so wrong?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the thing is ive got EVERYTHING i need for the quest... the yellow dye.. the skirt.. the clay.. water.. ect.. but no wig.. *sighs*

Just checked Tip.It's guide, and yup, it's 7.

Yeah, I think it's 4 for the rope, 3 for the wig. Try going with all 7. :)

Try to check the Quest Journal. You won't be able to ask him for a wig if you don't have a need for a wig yet.
