Can you start lunar diplomacy at 59 mining, and just use a dwarven stout at all the mining places? Or will u need 60 to start?

I actually had to get my magic level to the requirement in order to start it, a wizard bomb wouldn't help (I just wasn't able to start it), so I guess that the same goes for mining.

pretty sure you gotta have all requirements to start it...it's a pain, but actually worth it, motivates you lol, and you can get into mining guild now!!! (without stouts) haha, good luck with quest! :-w

Well I tried to use stew to get crafting up but the guy that you start the quest

 

 

 

at wouldn't let me do it so i think you need to get 60 mining for the quest.

 

 

 

(luckily in my f2p days i got mining to around 68 :D )
