They're in Morytania. To get there, go east from Varrock to Canifis, then go south through the swamp. Not sure, but you might need a quest to get access to the swamp, or at least start one.

Ya there is a quest you need to finish to go east of that temple east of varrock. I forget what it's called though :-k maybe priest in peril?
