If you're asking how to post it on the forums as a viewable object (like an image), You can't.

not these forums, but some forums support the tag which allows embeddable objects

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and now theres the [yt] - for youtube videos tag

First you have to download camtasia.

 

 

 

After you record whatever you wanted to record you drag it into the timeline to edit it and stuff.

 

 

 

Then you click 'Produce video as' on the left side.

 

 

 

A screen should pop up and then you click 'show more file formats' then 'GIF animation file'

 

 

 

After that you set what options you want.
