January 1, 200719 yr Use it on a skill that is fairly high (since the amount of exp you get is related to your level in the skill) - and a skill you simply dont like training. I always use mine on prayer, but I know a lot of people use it on other skills. It's a personal choice ;) Never use it on your lowest skill - instead make sure to do quest "Tears of Guthix" and then visit Juna every week to get exp.
